Person who analyzes the needs, conceives and applies professional techniques in the field of administrative methods and systems, in order to improve service delivery.

SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS· Organizes, prioritizes and keeps track on different HR software projects;· Collaborates with partners outside HR to coordinate projects implementation;· Supports the organization by being a HR software expert/master user and providing help to ensure service continuity;· Collaborates and communicates with all other staff, for the benefit of the users. Provide basic single action training (individually and in group) if required;

  • Ensures quality assurance and continuous improvement by reviewing processes, setting up performance indicators and proposing new ideas if necessary;
  • Communicates, links and provides appropriate information, within specified parameters, to relevant people, departments and groups, within and from outside the organization, regarding multiple HR software;

· Advises on improving and optimizing the software activities of the HR department.

Requested skills

Education:

·    Bachelor of Science in Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or other appropriate academic discipline;·    Being a member of the Quebec Order of Human Resources Advisors - CHRP (IRC, IRC, IARC) is an asset.

Experience:

·         Three (3) years of relevant experience. 

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Good knowledge of ministry legislation, regulations, network and programs and current MSSS trends;
  • In-depth knowledge of planning and research methods, statistical analysis, information systems and evaluation;
  • Knowledge of Cree culture, language, social and health issues in Eeyou Istchee is an asset;
  • Knowledge of human resources departments within the Health Network is an asset;
  • Good knowledge of a similar planning, programming, research or evaluation environment;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, leadership, initiative and teamwork;
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, planning and decision-making skills;
  • Good knowledge of computer software such as WeHoop, Virtuo and CV Manager;
  • Good computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

LANGUAGE

  • Fluent in English and French;
  • Fluency in Cree is an asset.

 

  • The selection process will include the administration of an analytical skills test
